REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We stand by the quality of every HydroJug product and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our team will make it right — quickly and hassle-free.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
 - Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
 - Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) required.
 
2. How to Start a Return
Email returns@thehyydrrojug.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@thehyydrrojug.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it immediately.
5. Final Sale Items
Certain limited-edition or clearance items may be marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
